Friends being INCONSIDERATE with my Military blues uniform and bloody DVD
I let this guy at work borrow my Air Force blues uniform... it's the Air Force dress uniform. Anywho, the guy has had it for 3 months already, cuz he got in trouble, so I let him borrow my uniform so he could use it to stand in front of our commander to receive punishment. Now I've harassed him plenty to get my uniform back, but still, nothing has happened. It is very similar to the very long time I've waited to get the DVD of childhood movies my bro and friend created, and still I am patiently waiting, wondering when I will ever see the DVD. It's sad isn't it ? Such a simple task... I find it very irresponsible and selfish for my friend to treat me this way. It's like, we just get pushed off to the side, as usual. He'll get it done when it's convenient for him... just like he was as a child and teenager and now... ADULT. I can't believe it. He's not thinking of others, only of himself. Is that called narcissism ? When he was younger he was always like that. We'd want to do something with him and he'd put it off. We'd want to film... he'd put if off. We'd want to hang out... he'd put it off... usually so he could do something with another friend of his. I don't want to talk bad of him... just the facts. I'm disappointed in him. You figure that he would grow out of it. What a shame. Some day he will learn or he will be a boss or he will be waiting for a friend of his to do something for him... that friend will procrastinate and keep making excuses... eventually he will understand what it is like to be blown off, forgotten, ignored... when all he had to do for all of these years is just do it and it would be done and I would stop bothering him about it. I've been persistent and he just doesn't seem to care, but I think now maybe he will care or maybe he wont. He's just making excuses that I don't buy, because I am twice as busy as him and his friend (combined) are. Seriously, what is he doing with his time ? I wonder. Maybe I don't want to wonder.

Hey Alex,
Before I forget... I'm giving you the monthly reminder of DVD progress, harassing you yet again so that in turn you can harass your friend so it can get done (hopefully) - if not, I'm sure there is a special shop that can make DVDs out of tapes for us and then you can pocket the rest of the money. Procrastination = never get done. So hopefully some time this century your friend will take time AND take the money to make the DVD, cuz it's already been a few months, and I'm telling you the truth, cuz you're my friend and all... and I'm growing very impatient, honestly annoyed at times, because it seems a very simple task. I've got 2 friends here in Oklahoma City that have the equipment to burn DVDs from tapes that live near me and they would gladly make me the DVD or DVDs for free, only I don't have the tapes to give them. I'm hoping that I will get a copy of the DVD before my kid starts talking or maybe she'll be making her own home made films with friends by the time I see "our movie tapes from child hood" again. I could write an essay about this... anywho, please do not misinterpret this e-mail. All I want is the bloody DVD done in a timely fashion. I could care less about editing any part of it, which AFTER getting the DVD, I could do myself or at a friend's house. Alright, I'm done.
Have phun in school. Be safe. Don't do drugs. Do not make phake IDs. :) (that was a cheap stab, but I thought it was phunny)

You will have it. When is that going to be? I don't know. You're going to have to be patient. It's not like I'm not going to do it. I NEED to make them, for the tape quality is going to keep degrading and one day it won't work. I don't plan on losing that footage, as it was one of the highlights of my young life. Now, I understand why you are upset and you have absolutely every right. And I could understand one sarcastic comment or two. But your email was borderline insulting, and if you thought that would help the situation you're wrong. I know you're pissed, and like I said I understand why. However I don't appreciate having anybody, including my friends or family, talk to me like that. And believe it or not I have a busy schedule. James, the guy with the equipment is probably twice as busy as I am. So it might not be as hard to believe as you think. I will get it done, I promise, and you will hold in your hands the DVD of our movie. The absolute latest would be Christmas, because me and a friend are taking his camera over Christmas break. He can capture video on to his Mac, he has 2 video editing programs, and can burn DVDs. Consider it a Christmas present, even though you paid :) I will get one to Mike too over the break.

Cross Walker "people" - if I were an "insurgent," I'd bomb the building this guy works in... while he's in it

At a stop sign on base... waiting there in my car for about 60 seconds total, so that traffic can finally clear up so that I can turn left, I found myself creeping forward so that I can make the left turn... I wait there in my car, with the front 1/2 of my car, hood section and drivers' side of my small Honda, blocking the way of the cross-walk for pedestrians. But it's been a while and there is still busy traffic. I'm the only car waiting there at this stop sign, nobody behind me. It was about a minute sitting there and then this tough guy comes with his skinnier buddy and the tough guy looks at me and starts talking and glancing over at me 3 or 4 times while saying in a Northeastern American accent, "I wish people would learn how to drive. Don't they know they're not supposed to stop on the cross-walk !" He might as well have replaced the word "people" with the word "you" as he was looking at me... he also shouldn't have acted as if everyone else in this world should bow down to him. That is what pissed me off more than anything. How can we be reasonable with "people" like him ?

So as the jerk glanced over at me several times, I looked right back at him, staring, smiling, and waved. A lady behind them, that saw the whole thing occur, didn't seem to have a problem with me... she just simply walked around my car, behind the car, which really didn't take too much effort or wasted energy, during her walk across the road. I've been in the same situation as the jerky tough guy, and it is so simple... I see a car there in the way of the marked crosswalk, so I just walk behind the vehicle and do not think anything of it, nor make a big deal about it... it's that easy... it's like a common act each day... practically everybody on base does it and in the area I was in, pedestrians are supposed to watch out for vehicles, while cars make a complete stop for pedestrians to cross. Some "people" !!!

Speaking of "people" I was amazed how lazy and ignorant "people" were that could not walk behind and around my vehicle, which is a lot safer than walking in front of a vehicle that can move forward and crush their bloody knee-caps. After the guy passed with his buddy, I went around to the parking lot finally and parked my car and proceeded to follow the 2 very slow walking civilians that annoyed me. I could not believe how slow they walked. Following the cattle, side by side they roamed, as I nearly beat them to the building they were walking to. I was so mad, I followed them and was trying to talk to the guy because I wanted to ask him that if he had something to say, to say it to my face and not be such a coward and walk away while he's saying something to some "people." What people ? Maybe the guy was talking to himself... you know, the delusional type of "people."

WHAT IS "WHO-HASH" ?
You know that guy that wrote the book "The cat in the hat" and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" ? In the book, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," better yet, in the cartoon they make based on the book, they talk about "Who-Hash." What exactly is Who-Hash ? Are we encouraging young children to use Who-Hash ? Afterall, hash isn't referring to hash browns or corn-beef hash. What other kind of hash is it ?

It's a can of hash, according to Dr. Seuss. So this hash was in a can and it is called Who-hash, cuz Whos' used it. Here is a paragraph from the book:
"Then he slunk to the icebox. He took the Whos' feast!
He took the Who-pudding! He took the roast beast!
He cleaned out that icebox as quick as a flash.
Why, that Grinch even took their last can of Who-hash!"
What kind of thief steals someone's hash ? Come on !!! Hash comes in a can ? Maybe it does. Or someday it will.

3 things
Here are 3 things that happened:
1. Apparently I'm a loser because I have a low-income occupation AND I only have a 2-year degree AND I'm in the military. Money isn't everything, so whoever has the idealogy that making more money = more success is already blinded. Can't help you there... having more money means squat !!! I don't like being looked down upon by anyone because of occupation, income, age, religion, being a 1/2 breed, political views... OR pretty much any invalid reason which some would call "valid," which also means squat. What a corrupt society we live in. In America, do most people just care about themselves ?
2. I was reprimanded today for writing a "letter" to my cousin, which my father called a "card"... (it was a letter written on cheap notebook paper) which stated that I hoped my cousin and significant other would get married some day and have children (after they are married of course). So now I'm getting reprimanded for trying to give some hope and positive words for my cousin and instead I get misunderstood by the step-mother who tells my own father who reprimands me. Talk about misinterpretation. That pisses me off. My cousin told me that he/she and significant other wanted to get married and have kids some day. I was only encouraging them to get married AND AFTER they are married, I hope they have nice children. No wonder I don't talk to certain individuals. So here goes gossip now, someone spreading lies like a bunch of politicians with their plagued agenda due to misinterpretation. Here are two quotes about my cousin and significant other, from an individual: "They are both very screwed up." AND "They are never getting married."
Thanks "family."
3. It is confirmed that my Uncle Brian was just diagnosed with cancer. Don't know what type of cancer or how long or how severe. I feel bad for him. Out of all of his brothers and one sister, I like him the most. I should take time out of my days and actually pray for him.

Ready.gov is the most intelligent website I've been too.... ever !!!!!
Here is the slogan for www.ready.gov:
"Terrorism forces us to make a choice. Don't be afraid... Be ready."
Do Americans not have common sense ? Are people stupid ? Why does the U.S. government waste money on programs like this ?
If you look on the website, click on the "Be informed" phrase, you will find several different types of "attacks" or "disaster" with information and PDF files if you click on the icons. Some of the dumbest things I've read from www.ready.gov were (my comments too):

Creating a "kit" with some food to last for a few days after a terrorist attack.
(I believe food is the last thing I'd be worrying about... how about my body still being intact...)
If trapped in debris in an explosion, tap on a pipe or wall so that rescuers can hear where you are. (If you are not crushed or suffocating, be my guest... like someone is going to find you...)

If you catch fire, do not run. Stop, drop, and roll. (I wonder if stopping, dropping, and rolling really works... I've never been on fire before, although I've seen my bro BJ on fire...)

My conclusion is that government agencies, like FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and Homeland Security, suck. What do they do ? Pretty much the only good they are used for is determining how much the damage costs in U.S. dollars AFTER a disaster occurs. Now the government has another stupid "agency" of wasted tax dollars for www.ready.gov, a website created for people who can't think for themselves, showing another Homeland Security program encouraging Americans to be ready for any disaster. Thanks Homeland Security for making me feel stupid and making our country and American people look stupid to everyone else in this world. People all over the world are saying in their own language, as they chuckle, "Those Americans must be idiots."

Thanks Bush. Thanks for holding back the military benefits I would have gotten, to provide for hurricane relief funds, because you don't know how to manage America's money. No wonder your approval rating is sinking. Ask military guys what they think of you. Many think you suck.

We should call him "Aunt Samantha"
You know, I was about to have another government related blog today, but I decided to change my mind. As I was looking for some pictures of Uncle Sam... why do we call him Uncle Sam ? My guess is that back in the 19th century, the acronym U.S. turned into Uncle Sam... I decided to quit my research after seeing some nutty pictures. It is disturbing to see how unkind people are to their "enemies." Shouldn't we be kind to our enemies and show them a plutonic love in a way that perhaps maybe they will change ? It is hypocritical for people to act in such hatred toward one another. How else can we change others for the better ? Anywho, I found some bad pictures, perhaps making Americans look more and more like jerks to those from other countries. I choose not to edit out anything in the pictures, cuz here, I feel editing is not appropriate. Here are the pictures:

The word of the day is "PAGAN" (English, NOT Spanish)
It's just another pagan "holiday." Speaking of pagans, I knew this Goth/Wicca dude that was in the Air Force that had books on teleporting. We called him "Sunshine"... always wore black and had a trench coat too... looked like something from Littleton, Colorado. Remember, the high school, 20th of April 1999 ? Forget it. How about another "holiday"...
Christmas came about due to Catholics needing to win over converts so people could still celebrate some kind of feast on 25 December. In 350 A.D., a Catholic pope, Julius I, came up with the idea called Christ-Mass where we get Christmas from, declaring 25 December a holiday to recognize Christ's birth. Lutheran's and Catholics in Germany began celebrating Christ-Mass. Centuries later people decorated their homes with evergreens. Today we see Santa Claudio, I mean, Santa Claus... where you can do history and find out how Saint Nick gave gifts to orphans back in the days of Davy Crocket and Paul Revere. Santa ??? Come on man, what kind of name is that ? Anyway, in today's American society, Santa is exactly like the Grinch... it's always who you least expect, right ?
The Grinch is evil... he pretended to be Santa. Didn't you read the book "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" ? So he's this poor little demon-like green thing that goes around stealing from house to house and then changes his ways in the end. Santa seems to be making things worse than he did, eh ??? Currently, look at the obsessive purchasing of gifts and getting in debt during Christmas, which American society is enjoying each year, with pleasure of life and luxury and showering each other with gifts. Giving to others is not bad, but getting in debt to give others gifts is unnecessary. I'm not going to spend money that I don't have. Burn your credit cards. It's the GRINCH... he's doing it again !!!!!!!! He's blindly taking our money !!! So Christmas to me is just like any another plain day, yet an excuse to get together and join with family and friends and think about Jesus too just like any other day. BUT I should be remembering Jesus everyday, right ? Well, for me at least. I know most people in this world are not Christian, so I'm just talking about me here.
In my opinion, Jesus freaks like me should think about Jesus everyday, NOT just one day of the year. Although Christmas is a good excuse to celebrate and think about Jesus, even for non-Christian people, perhaps to influence them a bit, just like alternatives to Hallow's Eve and El Dia de Los Muertos. So doing history research, we can see that Christmas comes from another pagan celebration on 25 December, where people would celebrate Yule, which was the burning of logs in honour of the Sun God, and of course they would party etc., giving thanks to Mithras (the Sun God). Druids centuries ago, and even today, also worship using logs or trees, dancing around them, summoning evil spirits. It's quite interesting.
You've got Hanukah and Kwanza. Let's invent some other type of holiday or excuse to celebrate yet another pagan holiday. Ohhh, so that's why they say "Happy Holidays" at the cash register... So now what happens if I'm offended by the use of "Happy Holidays" ? You know what, I'm just going to say, "Happy Jesus Day" every day of the year to Christians. That will make it better. It is funny when I hear atheists and non-Christians here in America complain about how they hate hearing "Merry Christmas" because it "offends" them. When I hear "Happy Kwanza" I honestly don't care because it doesn't bother me. If someone says to me "Bhudda bless you," I don't throw a fit or get offended. I don't believe in Bhudda, so I'm not going to let that bother me. It's just words. Someone else believes in this, another believes in that. The few anal people in America are ruining life for others. I feel that weak-minded and ignorant people get "offended" by something so small and have to make a big deal about it. If they don't like it, they don't have to believe it.
No one is forcing them to believe it. We live in a society where pretty much everything is your choice. A lot of freedom. No one can force you to do anything, even if they hold a gun to your head. You can decide to do or not do, even if it means death. There aren't any valid excuses. Plenty of people seem to have influenced the government enough to come up with "excuses" to change the wording of any phrase to appease themselves. Americans play with words all of the time... it's getting ridiculous with the politically correct police all over the place to appease the minority who are "offended." So the next time you say to your friend that has a dirty mouth, "God bless you," and he doesn't believe in God and gets offended because he is atheist... ask him, "How come you say 'God (expletive deleted) it!' all of the time ?" I have a very hard time understanding this hypocrisy. It's like Christians who celebrate Hallow's Eve... that's hypocritical. Even a leader of a Satanic church calls it hypocritical to be a Christian and then on one day of the year put Jesus aside and celebrate by dressing up as something scary and getting candy, watching horror films, etc.:
"The hypocrisy of celebrating Halloween is stupid," says Egan, satanic high priest at the Church of Satan in Salem, Mass. "I often chastise Christians: If you believe in the two opposing forces, good and evil, you can't fight the Devil every day of the year, then join his side for one day."
Doreen Irvine, once the head witch of Wicca said, “If Christian parents knew what Halloween really was about, they wouldn’t even say the word around their children.”
WOW, I looked at some links and you can read Satan's bible online... COMING SOON (Under Construction)!!! WOW is all I can say. If you don't believe me, here's the link... http://www.newsville.com/cgi-bin/getfaq?file=talk.religion.misc/alt.satanism_FAQ_file
What about Hairy Potta ?
