I suggest you listen to the entire speech if you haven't. I'm sure most Americans have only concentrated on the "devil" phrase. How pathetic. Bush uses his words constructively in all press conferences and speeches so that he doesn't "offend" anyone; while Chavez doesn't hold anything back by insulting Bush, which is understandable when Bush's regime tried to assasinate and detain Chavez.
